Urgent helpCall +91 99034 08405 first — Janazah requests are treated as urgent and handled before every other request. You can also send the online request; mark it “today”.
Who helpsTrained ghusl and kafan volunteers (men for men, women for women), the local mosque or graveyard committee, and a verified Imam to lead the Janazah prayer.
Qualifications we checkIdentity check (KYC) with government photo ID and address proof; proof of their role or training (an Imamat letter from a mosque committee, a madrasa certificate such as Alim or Fazil, or equivalent); a reference from a mosque, madrasa or community body; an interview with our team; and agreement to our Code of Conduct. Verification is repeated every year and after any complaint. Ghusl volunteers are trained in the Sunnah method and in respectful, private handling.
PaperworkWe guide the family on the medical certificate of cause of death or hospital papers, the burial permission the local body or graveyard needs, and applying for the death certificate, which must be registered with the local registrar within 21 days under the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969.
PriceOur team never charges a fee for coordinating a Janazah. Graveyard, kafan and transport costs depend on the city; we tell you every cost before arranging anything and help families who cannot pay.
PrivacyWe collect only what the service needs. Your details are shared only with the verified person who performs it, are never used for advertising, are stored in India and are deleted on request (see Privacy Policy). Proof photos or video are taken only with your consent. We never photograph or film the deceased.
