Advertising Terms
The rules for placing an advertisement or sponsorship on Sukon.
Who these terms apply to
These terms form an agreement between the advertiser (“you”) and INDO CHATS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62012WR2026PTC295588), 168, G.T. Road, near Aloka Cinema, Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal 711102, India (“Sukon”) for any advertisement, sponsorship or promoted content shown on the Sukon website, app, emails or social channels. A signed insertion order or quote also forms part of the agreement and wins if it conflicts with these terms.
What we accept
- Halal products and services, Islamic education, modest fashion, halal food and travel, Hajj and Umrah operators licensed by the Government of India, registered charities and community events
- Clear, truthful claims that can be proven
- Ads that respect every school of thought and every community
What we never accept
- Alcohol, gambling, betting, lotteries, tobacco, adult content or dating services
- Interest-based loans, credit or investment products that are not Shariah-compliant, and cryptocurrency trading
- Content of any other religion’s rituals, or content that mocks any faith
- Political or sectarian advertising
- Fake miracles, guaranteed results, ‘get rich’ claims or medical cures
- Ads aimed at children, or that collect children’s data
Review and placement
Every ad is reviewed by our team before it runs. We may ask for changes, licences or proof of claims, and we may refuse or remove any ad that breaks these terms, the law or the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Code. Placement, timing and number of views are as stated in your quote; small differences in delivery are normal.
Labelling
Every paid placement is clearly marked “Sponsored” or “Ad”. Influencer and partner content follows the disclosure rules under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the guidelines on misleading advertisements.
Prices, invoices and tax
Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Invoices are issued by INDO CHATS PRIVATE LIMITED (GSTIN 19AAJCI0344K1ZE). Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice unless your quote says otherwise. Questions go to billing@sukonapp.in.
Cancellation and refunds

| If Sukon cannot deliver what was booked | Refund or credit for the undelivered part, your choice |
Your content and brand
You confirm you own or have licensed everything in your ad, including logos, music, images and Quran or Hadith text. You give Sukon a limited licence to show the ad during the campaign. You may use Sukon’s name in your materials only as allowed by our brand guidelines.
Data and privacy
Sukon does not share users’ personal data with advertisers and does not use advertising IDs. You receive only aggregated campaign reports (views, clicks). If a user chooses to send you an enquiry, you must handle their data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and use it only to answer that enquiry.
Responsibility
You are responsible for your ad and its claims and will cover Sukon for losses caused by a breach of these terms or the law. Sukon’s total liability for any campaign is limited to the amount you paid for it. Neither side is liable for indirect losses or events outside reasonable control.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Both sides will first try to settle a dispute in good faith within 30 days. If that fails, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.
