Legal basis: your consent, given when you sign up, send a request or post, and the legitimate uses allowed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (for example keeping tax records). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Service providers
These companies process data for Sukon or are contacted by your browser when you use a feature. None of them may use your data for their own advertising, and Sukon sells no data to anyone.

Your rights
To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, write to privacy@sukonapp.in from the email on your account, or use Delete my account. We acknowledge within 24 hours and complete within 15 days. Copies kept in backups are removed when those backups expire. Records we must keep by law (such as tax records) are kept only for the legal period.
