The terms that govern your use of the Sukon website and Services.
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the sukon.in website and, the Sukon apps, provided by INDO CHATS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62012WR2026PTC295588), registered office 168, G.T. Road, near Aloka Cinema, Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal 711102, India, which owns and operates the Sukon App (“Sukon”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
2. Service status
Sukon is live. Some features described on this website are being rolled out in stages and may change as they are released.
3. Religious content
Religious content on Sukon is sourced from recognised texts and reviewed by qualified scholars. Nothing on Sukon is a personal religious ruling (fatwa); for matters specific to you, consult a qualified scholar. Some answers on Sukon are produced with AI assistance. AI answers can contain mistakes, are not a fatwa, and should not be relied on for personal religious rulings; where a question needs personal guidance, Sukon routes it to a human scholar.
4. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so please keep access to your email account secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
5. Bookings and services
Services are performed by independent, verified Imams and scholars. Sukon verifies providers, displays transparent prices, screens proof of service and handles payments through regulated partners. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Booking & Refund Policy.
6. Giving
Zakat and Sadaqah are passed to verified NGO and Waqf partners and are not Sukon revenue. Any processing cost is disclosed before you give.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow our Community Guidelines and must not misuse the Services, impersonate others, post unlawful content or attempt to disrupt the platform.
8. Intellectual property
The Sukon name, logo, tagline and site content belong to Sukon. Religious texts are reproduced with respect to their sources and translators. Some icons are from Font Awesome Free (fontawesome.com), licensed under CC BY 4.0.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sukon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
