2. Religious content is general guidance
Religious content on Sukon is drawn from recognised sources and reviewed by qualified scholars, and differences between schools of thought are presented respectfully. It is general information, not a personal religious ruling (fatwa). For matters specific to you or your family, please consult a qualified scholar.
3. AI-assisted answers
Some answers are produced with the help of artificial intelligence and show the sources they are based on. AI can make mistakes. Please check important answers against the sources shown, and never rely on an AI answer for a personal religious ruling.
4. Prayer times, Qibla and dates
Prayer times, Qibla direction and Islamic dates are calculated using standard methods and your device’s location or the city you choose. They may differ by a few minutes from your local masjid, and Islamic dates in India depend on local moon sighting. Always follow your local masjid and moon-sighting committee.
5. Services by independent providers
Services such as Nikah, Aqiqah, Qurbani, Badal Umrah and classes are performed by independent Imams, scholars, teachers and partners. Sukon verifies providers before they are listed and asks for proof of service, but each provider is responsible for how they carry out their service. Vendors and partners are independent businesses and are not agents of Sukon.
6. Zakat, Sadaqah and tax benefits
Sukon helps you calculate and give, but you remain responsible for confirming that your Zakat is due and is given to eligible recipients. Donations are passed to verified NGO and Waqf partners. A tax deduction under section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 is available only where the receiving partner is registered for it and issues you a valid receipt.
7. Information on this website
The Sukon app has not yet launched. Descriptions of features, services, availability and dates on this website describe our plans and may change before or after launch. We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
8. No professional advice
Nothing on Sukon is legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. Please consult a qualified professional for advice on your circumstances.
